Hoya rotundiflora is a distinctive epiphytic Hoya from Thailand, instantly recognizable by its flat, almost rectangular semi-succulent leaves with subtly scalloped edges, arranged in neat opposite pairs along slender trailing stems. The geometric leaf shape sets it apart from the more familiar round- or heart-leaved Hoya varieties.
With age and good light, this species produces clusters of small, fragrant white star-shaped flowers with soft yellow centers — a sweet, mild scent that develops as the plant matures. Its trailing, semi-succulent growth habit makes it a natural fit for hanging baskets or a shelf where its stems can cascade freely.
